Refund Policy

Overview
This policy covers the only paid feature on IELTS Actual Tests: AI grading credit packs. The practice library, recall wall, and mock exams themselves are free and never involve payment.
We review requests in good faith and aim to resolve genuine issues fairly while protecting the service from abuse.
When a Full Refund Is Available
You can request a full refund at any time within your pack's validity period as long as you have NOT used any credits from that pack.
Because each grading run incurs real AI costs, once ANY credits from a pack have been consumed, the pack is non-refundable as a whole, including any remaining unused credits.
If Something Goes Wrong on Our Side
If a technical failure on our side causes a grading run to fail or credits to be deducted incorrectly, we will restore the affected credits or otherwise make it right based on the actual issue.
This does not apply to feedback that was successfully generated and delivered, even if you disagree with the band estimate — AI grading is a practice calibration, and a disappointing score is not a defect.
Usually Not Eligible for a Refund
- any pack in which at least one credit has been used
- remaining unused credits within a pack that has already been partly used
- feedback that was successfully generated, even if unused or unwanted
- packs that have expired
How to Request a Refund
Email us from the address on your account with your order reference. We usually respond within a few business days.
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method by our payment provider; bank processing times vary. Nothing in this policy limits rights you may have under mandatory consumer law.
