Band 6.5

The account of the clean-up is told in simple, sequential sentences with one plain reason for feeling proud, typical of Band 6.5.Câu chuyện về buổi dọn dẹp được kể bằng những câu đơn giản, theo trình tự với một lý do đơn giản cho cảm giác tự hào, đặc trưng của Band 6.5.

The group activity I want to talk about happened about two months ago, on a Sunday morning at My Khe Beach, where I usually run at weekends.

A running club I sometimes join, led by a woman named Phương, organised a beach clean-up instead of the usual run that day. About fifteen of us met early, before the sun got too strong, wearing gloves and carrying big plastic bags that Phương had brought along.

We split into small groups and walked along different parts of the beach, picking up plastic bottles, bags, and cigarette ends. By nine o'clock we had filled around twenty bags between us. It was more successful than I expected, honestly, because the beach looked noticeably cleaner by the time we finished, and a couple of tourists even stopped to thank us.

I felt quite proud afterwards, because normally I just run past all that rubbish without really noticing it. Working with the group made me pay proper attention, and doing it together with other people made the whole thing feel faster and more enjoyable than doing it alone.

  • LRpicking up plastic bottles, bags, and cigarette endsThis is a straightforward three-item list of concrete, common nouns describing the litter collected, using no more specific waste-related vocabulary ("debris," "litter" as a collective term) than what's strictly needed to be understood. The specificity of the items themselves (bottles, bags, cigarette ends) gives the sentence real texture despite the plain vocabulary, showing that concrete detail rather than lexical sophistication is doing the descriptive work here — exactly the trade-off the Band 6.5 descriptor implies is acceptable.Đây là một danh sách ba mục đơn giản gồm các danh từ cụ thể, thông dụng, mô tả loại rác đã được thu gom, không sử dụng từ vựng chuyên biệt hơn về rác thải ("debris," "litter" như một danh từ tập hợp) ngoài mức cần thiết tối thiểu để hiểu được.
  • GRABy nine o'clock we had filled around twenty bags between us.The past perfect "had filled" is used correctly to mark the completion of the action by a specific point in time ("by nine o'clock"), a genuinely useful and accurately handled tense, even though the sentence around it is otherwise a single simple statement with no subordinate clause. The precise numbers ("nine o'clock," "twenty bags") give the sentence real specificity, but grammatically it remains a self-contained, single-clause sentence, representative of the basic-but-accurate structures the Band 6.5 descriptor expects.
  • FCI felt quite proud afterwards, because normally I just run past all that rubbish without really noticing it.The speaker states the feeling ("proud") and immediately attaches one because-clause to explain it by contrasting the clean-up day with her normal habit of running past litter unnoticed. This single-reason, self-contrastive move gives the closing reflection some genuine substance without building it into a longer, more layered point, fitting the Band 6.5 pattern of developing an answer with exactly one clear reason rather than multiple connected ideas.
Band 7.0

The answer develops the outcome with a specific concrete shift (shy children ending up teaching the volunteers Vietnamese words) and closes with a reflection on group problem-solving, giving fuller development than the 6.5 answer's more linear account.Câu trả lời phát triển kết quả bằng một sự chuyển biến cụ thể (những em nhỏ nhút nhát cuối cùng lại dạy các tình nguyện viên từ tiếng Việt) và kết bằng một suy ngẫm về việc giải quyết vấn đề theo nhóm, mang lại sự phát triển đầy đủ hơn so với câu chuyện mang tính tuyến tính của câu trả lời Band 6.5.

The group I'd talk about was six volunteers, including me, who spent a Saturday teaching basic English to primary school children in a small village about an hour outside Da Nang, organised through a group I follow online.

It was back in June, during the summer holidays, and the group was led by a university student called Trang, who'd grown up in a similar village herself and wanted to give something back before starting her final year.

What the group was doing was running simple English games and songs for around forty children split into two age groups, since none of us were trained teachers and a full lesson would probably have been too much for a single afternoon. I was put in charge of the younger group, teaching basic animal names and colours through drawing games, while the older group learned simple greetings and short conversations with two other volunteers.

How successful it was, I'd say, was better than any of us expected going in. A few of the children were shy at first and wouldn't say a word, but by the end of the afternoon most of them were shouting out answers and trying to teach us Vietnamese words back, which turned into its own kind of lesson. The teachers at the school even asked if we could come back the following month, which we did.

How I felt about working with the group was mostly encouraged, if that makes sense. I'm used to working alone most of the week, so planning games with people I'd only just met, and adjusting on the spot when something wasn't working, reminded me how much faster problems get solved when a few different people are throwing ideas at them together.

  • GRAA few of the children were shy at first and wouldn't say a word, but by the end of the afternoon most of them were shouting out answers and trying to teach us Vietnamese words backThe sentence pivots on 'but', setting the children's early shyness against their later noise, and marks that shift in time explicitly with 'at first' and 'by the end of the afternoon' rather than leaving the reader to infer it. The past continuous 'were shouting out' also captures the action as ongoing and lively rather than a flat past-simple report, which — combined with the accurate coordination of 'were shouting out answers and trying to teach' — is exactly the comfortable complexity Band 7.0 grammar is looking for, one level up from the simple past-simple statements a 6.5 answer would likely use here.Câu này xoay quanh 'but', đặt sự rụt rè ban đầu của bọn trẻ đối lập với sự ồn ào sau đó của chúng, và đánh dấu sự chuyển biến theo thời gian đó một cách rõ ràng bằng 'at first' và 'by the end of the afternoon' thay vì để người đọc tự suy ra. Thì quá khứ tiếp diễn 'were shouting out' cũng nắm bắt hành động như đang diễn ra, sống động thay vì một tường thuật quá khứ đơn khô khan, và điều này — kết hợp với sự phối hợp chính xác của 'were shouting out answers and trying to teach' — chính xác là độ phức tạp thoải mái mà ngữ pháp band 7.0 hướng tới, cao hơn một bậc so với các câu quá khứ đơn giản mà một câu trả lời band 6.5 nhiều khả năng sẽ dùng ở đây.
  • LRturned into its own kind of lesson'Turned into its own kind of lesson' reframes what was meant to be one-way teaching (the volunteers teaching English) as something that flipped back on the volunteers themselves, and the phrase 'its own kind of' does real work signalling that this wasn't the lesson originally planned. A plainer 6.5 answer would probably just say 'we learned some Vietnamese words too', so the metaphorical stretch here — treating an unplanned exchange as a 'lesson' in its own right — is what pushes the vocabulary choice into 7.0 territory without reaching for anything as marked as an idiom.'Turned into its own kind of lesson' đã đóng khung lại điều vốn được dự định là việc dạy một chiều (các tình nguyện viên dạy tiếng Anh) thành một điều gì đó quay ngược lại chính các tình nguyện viên, và cụm 'its own kind of' thực sự có tác dụng báo hiệu rằng đây không phải là bài học được lên kế hoạch ban đầu.
  • FCreminded me how much faster problems get solved when a few different people are throwing ideas at them togetherRather than ending on the concrete detail of the children shouting out answers, the speaker generalises from it — collaborative problem-solving with 'a few different people' is faster than working alone — which turns a specific anecdote about a village classroom into a broader claim about teamwork. This kind of closing move, where a personal story is used to support a general observation, is what the 7.0 descriptor means by developing an answer 'with a reason and one short concrete example'; a 6.5 answer would more likely just state that the day 'was successful' and stop there.
Band 7.5

The semicolon-linked contrast between work and the alley ('At work I'm the one who decides; here I was the man with a brush...') and the parallel closing ('lived there rather than just slept there') show sophisticated structural control typical of Band 7.5.Sự đối lập được nối bằng dấu chấm phẩy giữa công việc và con hẻm ('Ở công ty tôi là người ra quyết định; còn ở đây tôi chỉ là người cầm chổi quét...') và phần kết song song ('sống ở đó chứ không chỉ ngủ ở đó') cho thấy khả năng kiểm soát cấu trúc tinh vi, đặc trưng của Band 7.5.

The group I'd talk about was twelve neighbours from my alley in Da Nang, and the time was a weekend last April, when we repainted the alley's walls together.

The idea came from a retired art teacher who lives at the end, Mrs Tâm, who'd been complaining for years that our alley looked like the inside of a drain. In March she posted in the neighbourhood chat that she'd buy the paint if people would show up, and twelve of us did, on a Saturday at seven.

What the group did was more organised than I expected. Mrs Tâm had chosen the colours: a pale yellow for the walls and a deep blue for the doors. A builder from number six mixed and thinned the paint and told the rest of us, firmly, how not to waste it. Three of us with steady hands did the edges. The children — six of them, aged four to twelve — were given the bottom metre of every wall and a licence to be messy. On Sunday, Mrs Tâm painted a mural at the end of the alley of the old river ferry that ran there before the bridge.

How successful it was: by Sunday evening the alley was yellow and blue and looked, honestly, like a different place. People who'd lived twenty metres apart for years knew each other's names for the first time. The mould came back the following rainy season, of course, and we repainted that section in a single afternoon, because now we knew how.

How I felt was surprised by how much I enjoyed being ordinary. At work I'm the one who decides; here I was the man with a brush being told by a builder that I was holding it wrong, and I found that oddly restful. I also felt, for the first time in eight years in that alley, that I lived there rather than just slept there.

  • GRAAt work I'm the one who decides; here I was the man with a brush being told by a builder that I was holding it wrong, and I found that oddly restful. The semicolon links two balanced, contrasting clauses — 'At work I'm the one who decides' against 'here I was the man with a brush being told...' — without needing a conjunction to signal the contrast, which is a more advanced piece of sentence punctuation than the 'but' a 7.0 answer would likely use in its place. The second clause also embeds a passive participial phrase ('being told by a builder that I was holding it wrong') carrying reported speech inside it, so two separate grammatical devices are doing work in the same sentence — exactly the 'wide, controlled range' the Band 7.5 descriptor is looking for.Dấu chấm phẩy nối hai mệnh đề cân bằng, tương phản nhau -- 'At work I'm the one who decides' đối lập với 'here I was the man with a brush being told...'
  • LRI found that oddly restful'Oddly restful' pairs an adverb that usually signals something unwelcome ('oddly') with an adjective that's normally calming ('restful'), and the friction between the two captures a genuinely mixed reaction — surprise that being ordered around felt good — better than a single adjective like 'relaxing' would.
  • FCI also felt, for the first time in eight years in that alley, that I lived there rather than just slept there. The parallel contrast between 'lived there' and 'slept there' draws a genuine distinction between physically residing somewhere and actually belonging to it, and the speaker uses that distinction to summarise what eight years in the same alley hadn't given him until this one weekend. Building a closing reflection around a deliberately chosen pair of near-synonyms, rather than a single statement of feeling, is the kind of evaluative coherence the Band 7.5 descriptor asks for, well beyond the flatter 'I felt like I belonged' a lower-band answer would use.Sự tương phản song song giữa 'lived there' (sống ở đó) và 'slept there' (chỉ ngủ ở đó) vẽ ra một sự phân biệt thực sự giữa việc cư trú về mặt vật lý ở đâu đó và việc thực sự thuộc về nơi đó, và người nói dùng sự phân biệt này để tóm tắt điều mà tám năm ở cùng một con hẻm chưa từng mang lại cho anh ta cho đến tận cuối tuần này. Việc xây dựng một suy ngẫm kết bài quanh một cặp từ gần đồng nghĩa được lựa chọn có chủ đích, thay vì một tuyên bố cảm xúc đơn lẻ, chính là kiểu mạch lạc mang tính đánh giá mà tiêu chí Band 7.5 yêu cầu, vượt xa hẳn cách nói phẳng lặng hơn "I felt like I belonged" mà một câu trả lời ở band thấp hơn sẽ dùng.

    Band 6.5

The 6.5 answer opens with a direct claim ("Almost everything") and lists the daily routine plainly with "then", closing with a simple final statement about how school works.Câu trả lời 6.5 mở đầu bằng một khẳng định trực tiếp ("Almost everything") và liệt kê lịch trình hàng ngày một cách đơn giản bằng từ "then", kết thúc bằng một câu tổng kết đơn giản về cách trường học vận hành.

Almost everything, from the very first day of school. My nephew's kindergarten starts with exercise together in the yard, then a song everyone sings together, then drawing at tables of six children, and then cleaning the classroom together, which the children take very seriously. Vietnamese schools focus a lot on group activities, like class projects, team games, and performances for festivals. Cleaning duties are shared and rotated too. Children eat together and even nap together. Group activity is not something added to school, it is just how things are done here.

    • FCGroup activity is not something added to school, it is just how things are done hereThis closing sentence, joined with a plain comma rather than a clearer connector, delivers the final generalisation in the most direct way, typical of 6.5's basic coherence.Câu kết này được nối bằng một dấu phẩy đơn giản thay vì một liên từ rõ ràng hơn, đưa ra khái quát cuối cùng theo cách trực tiếp nhất, điển hình cho sự mạch lạc cơ bản của band 6.5.
    • LRVietnamese schools focus a lot on group activities"Focus a lot on" is plain, functional phrasing; a higher band would reach for a more vivid phrase like "group-minded down to the bone", which the 7.5 version uses."Focus a lot on" là cách diễn đạt đơn giản, mang tính chức năng; band điểm cao hơn sẽ chọn một cụm từ sống động hơn như "group-minded down to the bone", cụm mà bản 7.5 sử dụng.
    • GRAMy nephew's kindergarten starts with exercise together in the yard, then a song everyone sings together, then drawing at tables of six children, and then cleaning the classroom together, which the children take very seriously. This long sentence strings four events together with repeated "then", a basic listing structure rather than the more varied, compressed phrasing used at higher bands.Câu dài này nối bốn sự kiện lại bằng cách lặp lại từ "then", một cấu trúc liệt kê cơ bản chứ không phải cách diễn đạt đa dạng, cô đọng hơn được dùng ở các band điểm cao hơn.
    Band 7.0

The 7.0 answer uses the colon to introduce a compact list, "Vietnamese schools are group-minded: class projects, team games...", and closes with the reflective aside "really", a step beyond the plainer 6.5 phrasing.Câu trả lời 7.0 dùng dấu hai chấm để dẫn vào một danh sách ngắn gọn, "Vietnamese schools are group-minded: class projects, team games...", và kết thúc bằng từ đệm mang tính suy ngẫm "really", một bước tiến so với cách diễn đạt đơn giản hơn ở band 6.5.

Almost everything, from the first day. My nephew's kindergarten begins with exercise in rows in the yard, then a song sung together, then drawing at tables of six, then a collective sweeping of the classroom that the children take extremely seriously. Vietnamese schools are group-minded: class projects, team games, singing and dance performances for festivals, and later the 'class unit' that organises trips and competitions. Cleaning duties are shared and rotated. Children eat together and nap together. Group activity is less something schools add and more the water the children swim in, really.

    • FCGroup activity is less something schools add and more the water the children swim in, reallyThe trailing reflective "really" softening the final metaphor shows a natural, spoken discourse move the 6.5 answer's flatter, unhedged closing sentence doesn't include.Từ "really" mang tính suy ngẫm ở cuối câu làm dịu đi phép ẩn dụ cuối cùng, thể hiện một cách chuyển ý tự nhiên trong văn nói mà câu kết thẳng thắn, không có từ đệm của band 6.5 không có.
    • LRa collective sweeping of the classroom that the children take extremely seriously"A collective sweeping" is a slightly more precise, almost formal phrase than the plainer "cleaning the classroom together" used at 6.5."A collective sweeping" là cách diễn đạt chính xác hơn một chút, gần như trang trọng hơn so với cụm từ đơn giản hơn "cleaning the classroom together" dùng ở band 6.5.
    • GRAVietnamese schools are group-minded: class projects, team games, singing and dance performances for festivals, and later the 'class unit' that organises trips and competitions. The colon introducing a compact list is a more efficient way of presenting several examples than the repeated "then...then..." structure used at 6.5.Dấu hai chấm dẫn vào một danh sách ngắn gọn là cách trình bày nhiều ví dụ hiệu quả hơn so với cấu trúc lặp lại "then...then..." được dùng ở band 6.5.
    Band 7.5

The 7.5 answer uses the vivid verb "slides into" and the idiomatic "down to the bone", closing with the semicolon-joined metaphor and the compact appositive "the solo project, done and presented alone, arrives remarkably late".Câu trả lời 7.5 sử dụng động từ sống động "slides into" và thành ngữ "down to the bone", kết thúc bằng phép ẩn dụ nối bằng dấu chấm phẩy và cụm đồng vị cô đọng "the solo project, done and presented alone, arrives remarkably late".

Almost everything, right from day one. My nephew's kindergarten opens with exercise in neat rows in the yard, slides into a song sung as one, then drawing at tables of six, then a collective sweeping of the classroom the children take with almost comic seriousness. Vietnamese schools are group-minded down to the bone: class projects, team games, festival performances, and later the 'class unit' that organises trips and competitions as a single body. Cleaning duties rotate, meals happen together, even naps happen together. Group activity here isn't something schools bolt on; it's closer to the water children simply swim in — the solo project, done and presented alone, arrives remarkably late by comparison.

The 6.5 answer gives a direct "Yes" answer with one plain reason, describes the alley example simply with "and", and closes with a plain warning introduced by "But".Câu trả lời 6.5 đưa ra câu trả lời trực tiếp "Yes" kèm một lý do đơn giản, mô tả ví dụ trong ngõ một cách đơn giản bằng từ "and", và kết thúc bằng lời cảnh báo đơn giản được dẫn bằng từ "But".

Yes, because almost nothing in adult life is done completely alone. I once watched six children painting on the alley walls, and the twelve-year-old took care of the four-year-old's paint without anyone asking her to. That small act of noticing and helping is really what group learning teaches. Children who work in groups learn to listen, compromise, and depend on others. These skills matter more in most jobs than test results do. But teaching needs care, because groups where one child does all the work teach the wrong lesson.

Yes, since precious little in adult life gets done in complete isolation. Watching six children paint the alley walls, I noticed the twelve-year-old quietly take charge of the four-year-old's paint pot without anyone prompting her to — that small act of noticing, helping, dividing the work, is really what group learning exists to teach. Children who work in groups learn to listen, to compromise, to handle both the freeloader and the one who takes over everything, and to depend on others without dissolving into the group entirely. Those skills outweigh anything on a test, in most jobs. The teaching still needs care, though: a group where one child carries the rest teaches precisely the wrong lesson.

Fewer of them for the routine stuff, and the genuinely skilled ones more indispensable than ever. A machine once rendered a German client's joke into something that read, in Vietnamese, as a flat insult, and only the human interpreter on the call caught the tone in time and rescued the meeting — machines now handle documents and everyday messages competently enough, and that slice of the work is shrinking fast. What survives is the part that was always the hardest: tone, humour, cultural nuance, the sensitivity of a negotiation, the trust that only comes from a person rather than a device. For law, diplomacy and medicine, a human who can actually be held accountable isn't going anywhere soon. The profession shrinks, but sharpens.

    • FCThe profession shrinks, but sharpensThis two-word-per-clause closing sentence delivers the final generalisation with a compact, almost aphoristic rhythm well beyond the fuller parallel triple used at 7.0, showing confident economy of expression.Câu kết mỗi mệnh đề chỉ hai từ này đưa ra khái quát cuối cùng với nhịp điệu gọn gàng, gần như mang tính châm ngôn, vượt xa bộ ba song song đầy đủ hơn dùng ở band 7.0, thể hiện sự tiết kiệm diễn đạt tự tin.
    • LRa human who can actually be held accountable isn't going anywhere soon"Held accountable" is a precise, slightly formal legal collocation, more exact than the vaguer "responsible for mistakes" phrasing used at 6.5."Held accountable" là một cụm từ pháp lý chính xác, hơi trang trọng, chính xác hơn cách diễn đạt mơ hồ hơn "responsible for mistakes" dùng ở band 6.5.
    • GRAonly the human interpreter on the call caught the tone in time and rescued the meeting"Caught the tone in time" compresses the idea of timely recognition into a compact phrase, a more economical construction than the fuller "recognised the tone" clause used at 7.0."Caught the tone in time" nén ý tưởng nhận ra kịp thời thành một cụm từ gọn gàng, một cấu trúc tiết kiệm hơn so với mệnh đề đầy đủ hơn "recognised the tone" dùng ở band 7.0.

    Band 6.5

The 6.5 answer opens with a direct "No" opinion and one plain project example, closing with a simple final sentence stating the limit of technology using "cannot".Câu trả lời 6.5 mở đầu bằng quan điểm "No" trực tiếp và một ví dụ dự án đơn giản, kết thúc bằng một câu đơn giản nêu ra giới hạn của công nghệ, dùng từ "cannot".

No, because the things that ruin international projects usually are not technical. I worked on a project between two countries with excellent shared tools, one workspace, live translation, video calls, and it still failed over a question no tool could answer, who owned the result. Technology removes distance and misunderstanding of words, which is real progress, and projects that would have failed from bad logistics before now survive. But politics, trust, money and pride decide most outcomes, and those are human problems technology cannot fix.

    • FCBut politics, trust, money and pride decide most outcomes, and those are human problems technology cannot fixThis closing sentence links two ideas with the basic connector "and" in a single coordinated sentence, a straightforward structure typical of 6.5's direct coherence.Câu kết này nối hai ý bằng liên từ cơ bản "and" trong một câu ghép đơn giản, một cấu trúc thẳng thắn điển hình cho sự mạch lạc trực tiếp của band 6.5.
    • LRit still failed over a question no tool could answer, who owned the result"A question no tool could answer" is plain, workable phrasing; a higher band would reach for a more vivid phrase like "a question no piece of software could ever answer", which the 7.5 version uses."A question no tool could answer" là cách diễn đạt đơn giản, dùng được; band điểm cao hơn sẽ chọn cách nói sống động hơn như "a question no piece of software could ever answer", cách mà bản 7.5 sử dụng.
    • GRAI worked on a project between two countries with excellent shared tools, one workspace, live translation, video calls, and it still failed over a question no tool could answer, who owned the result. This long sentence strings several details together with commas rather than clearer punctuation, a workable but somewhat loose structure typical of 6.5.Câu dài này nối một loạt chi tiết lại bằng dấu phẩy thay vì dấu câu rõ ràng hơn, một cấu trúc dùng được nhưng hơi lỏng lẻo, điển hình của band 6.5.
    Band 7.0

The 7.0 answer uses the colon to deliver the punchline "who owned the result" and the semicolon-joined sentence about progress, a moderately more sophisticated structure than the comma-heavy 6.5 sentence.Câu trả lời 7.0 dùng dấu hai chấm để đưa ra điểm mấu chốt "who owned the result" và câu nối bằng dấu chấm phẩy về sự tiến bộ, một cấu trúc tinh tế hơn phần nào so với câu đầy dấu phẩy ở band 6.5.

No, because the things that sink international projects aren't technical. I worked on a two-country project with flawless shared tools — one workspace, live translation, video everywhere — and it collapsed over a question no tool could answer: who owned the result. Technology removes distance, delay and misunderstanding of words, and that's real progress; projects that would have died of logistics twenty years ago now survive. But politics, trust, money, pride and changing governments decide most international outcomes, and they're human problems. Technology can make success more likely and failure more visible.

    • FCit collapsed over a question no tool could answer: who owned the resultThe colon delivering the punchline "who owned the result" as a standalone phrase is a more dramatic, controlled way of ending the sentence than the comma-joined version used at 6.5.Dấu hai chấm đưa ra điểm mấu chốt "who owned the result" như một cụm từ độc lập là cách kết thúc câu kịch tính hơn, có kiểm soát hơn so với phiên bản nối bằng dấu phẩy dùng ở band 6.5.
    • LRprojects that would have died of logistics twenty years ago now survive"Died of logistics" is a more vivid, figurative phrase than the plainer "failed from bad logistics" used at 6.5 for the same idea."Died of logistics" là một cách diễn đạt sống động hơn, mang tính hình tượng hơn so với cách nói đơn giản "failed from bad logistics" dùng ở band 6.5 cho cùng một ý.
    • GRATechnology removes distance, delay and misunderstanding of words, and that's real progress; projects that would have died of logistics twenty years ago now survive. The semicolon joining two related but independently complete clauses is a more sophisticated structure than the simpler "which is real progress, and" phrasing used at 6.5.Dấu chấm phẩy nối hai mệnh đề liên quan nhưng độc lập hoàn chỉnh là một cấu trúc tinh tế hơn so với cách diễn đạt đơn giản hơn "which is real progress, and" dùng ở band 6.5.
    Band 7.5

The 7.5 answer uses the precise verb "strips away" and closes with the compact, wry final sentence "Guaranteeing it would mean guaranteeing that people agree, and nobody's built that yet", a small evaluative closing touch beyond the lower bands.Câu trả lời 7.5 sử dụng động từ chính xác "strips away", kết thúc bằng câu kết gọn gàng, có phần dí dỏm "Guaranteeing it would mean guaranteeing that people agree, and nobody's built that yet", một nét đánh giá nhỏ ở cuối câu vượt xa các band điểm thấp hơn.

No, because what actually sinks international projects rarely has anything to do with technology. I once worked on a two-country project with flawless shared tools — one workspace, live translation, video conferencing everywhere — and it still collapsed over a question no piece of software could ever answer: who owned the result. Technology strips away distance, delay and the misunderstanding of mere words, and that's genuine progress; projects that would once have died of pure logistics now survive comfortably. But politics, trust, money, pride and governments that change halfway through decide most international outcomes, and those remain stubbornly human problems. Guaranteeing it would mean guaranteeing that people agree, and nobody's built that yet.

    • FCGuaranteeing it would mean guaranteeing that people agree, and nobody's built that yetThis closing sentence adds a wry, almost proverbial final observation entirely absent from the flatter endings of the lower bands, showing confident, essay-like command of tone right to the end.Câu kết này thêm vào một quan sát cuối cùng dí dỏm, gần như mang tính ngạn ngữ, hoàn toàn không có ở các đoạn kết đơn giản hơn của các band điểm thấp hơn, thể hiện khả năng làm chủ giọng điệu tự tin, giống văn luận cho đến tận câu cuối cùng.
    • LRwhat actually sinks international projects rarely has anything to do with technology"Sinks" applied to a project is a genuinely vivid, figurative verb, well beyond the plain "ruin" used at 6.5 for the same idea."Sinks" dùng cho một dự án là một động từ thực sự sống động, mang tính hình tượng, vượt xa động từ đơn giản "ruin" dùng ở band 6.5 cho cùng một ý.
    • GRATechnology strips away distance, delay and the misunderstanding of mere words"Strips away" is a more precise, vivid verb than the plainer "removes" used at the lower bands for describing technology's effect."Strips away" là một động từ chính xác hơn, sống động hơn so với động từ đơn giản "removes" dùng ở các band điểm thấp hơn để mô tả tác động của công nghệ.
