In my opinion, the advantages of using technology for communication are generally greater than the disadvantages of travelling less.尽管现代科技让跨越全球的沟通变得容易，许多商务人士仍然经常出差参加会议。我认为，使用科技进行沟通的优点总体上大于减少出差的缺点。

The main advantage of communication technology is that it saves both time and money. Video-calling apps like Zoom or Google Meet let companies hold meetings without paying for flights or hotels, so businesses can use that money for other important things. Technology also allows people who cannot travel easily, because of cost, distance, or health, to still take part in meetings. For example, during Tết, I spent three days teaching my grandmother in Cần Thơ how to use video calls on Zalo. Now she calls her family several times a week and feels much closer to everyone, even though they live far apart.沟通科技的主要优点是它同时节省了时间和金钱。像Zoom或Google Meet这样的视频通话应用让公司无需支付机票或酒店费用就能召开会议，因此企业可以把这笔钱用在其他重要的事情上。科技还让那些因为费用、距离或健康原因而难以出行的人，仍然能够参加会议。例如，在春节期间，我花了三天时间教在芹苴的奶奶如何使用Zalo进行视频通话。现在她每周会给家人打好几次电话，即使大家相隔很远，也感觉彼此更亲近了。

On the other hand, there are also some real disadvantages to relying only on remote communication. Meeting someone in person often helps to build trust, especially when discussing something important or sensitive, and this can be harder to do through a screen. It is also easier to misunderstand someone's tone or body language during a video call than in a face-to-face meeting. In my opinion, although these disadvantages are important, they do not outweigh the benefits of saving time, saving money, and allowing more people to join meetings.
